This job took us to Broadway Development Park in Cheektowaga, NY, where we repainted the north (parking lot side) and east (thruway side) elevations of the ACM and McKesson buildings. These are large commercial structures, and both had a mix of materials and surfaces that needed a systemized approach.
We broke it down by substrate. The metal surfaces were coated with two full coats of SherCryl, giving them solid adhesion and long-term weather resistance. The EIFS and CMU block areas were treated with two coats of Loxon XP—ideal for masonry and moisture protection.
For the bold blue accent panels, we started with Extreme Bond primer to ensure grip, followed by two coats of SuperPaint for color retention and durability. This helped the blue pop while still tying cleanly into the building’s overall palette.
The result is a cleaner, more professional exterior that reflects the scale and function of the property. Nothing flashy—just clean lines, right prep, and the right products. Now both buildings look fresh from every angle.
