We recently completed a large-scale exterior repaint at LaSalle Center, located at 1594 Military Rd in Niagara Falls, NY. This job focused on the rear elevation, spanning from Shoe Carnival to Napa—a long stretch of concrete block showing its age from sun exposure and seasonal wear.

The walls had visible discoloration and fading, especially near utility points and rear entrances. We prepped the surface thoroughly, protected surrounding areas, and applied two coats of high-performance exterior paint to give the building a refreshed, uniform look.

In addition to the rear repaint, we also repainted the enter and exit signage on Factory Outlet Blvd—a small touch that helps reinforce the property's curb appeal and brand presence from the road.

With these updates, the rear of the building now matches the quality of the front-facing storefronts. Clean lines, improved visibility, and a long-lasting finish—this job helps elevate the entire property.
